With 25 years of experience smoking, grilling, and competing in the BBQ world, Joe Bernier began his BBQ journey over fifteen years ago, creating new and exciting award winning sauces that are designed to compliment any meal. After appearing on the Travel Channel with Adam Richman, and several interviews in local media about creating the perfect BBQ experience, his passion for BBQ was ignited! Now, after having run his first restaraunt in Laconia, NH, and The Lakes Region's best Food truck in 2021, 2022, and 2023, Joe has opened his new home is North Woodstock, NH! Located at 99 Main Street in North Woodstock, his new facility hosts over 159 seats both indoors and out!
